Many people said we were crazy to build again.They said that you cannot trust builders and you will be ripped off pricewise and quality of build would be always in question.
Well our experience with Tommy and Top Plan has disproved all of the above and if we had to do it again tomorrow we would with a one hundred percent feeling of complete confidence.
We are completely happy with the end result and all the extras that we requested were accepted and completed with no problem at all.
Price, quality,on time delivery all score full marks and in fact exceed ed our expectations.
Tommy has organisation and supervision of an already well experienced and loyal team totally sorted and his enthusiasm for building and customer satisfaction is totally evident.
Anyone who is passionate about their occupation somehow reveals that passion in their behaviour and this cannot result in anything but an excellent outcome.This is very typical of the Top Plan experience.
Many many thanks Tommy and your team,you have built us a home which we are very proud of and is exactly what we wanted.
