House Blignaut
Our reputation caused us to sign this client, as this was their second project through Top Plan. This project had challenges, as it was a complete renovation using the existing walls of the old building. Onrus is an exceptionally wet area and we had underground water at only 400mm. Nevertheless, we had a great project and people cannot believe the transformation. We built a strong relationship with the client and the team is very satisfied with the end product.
